From our centralized stocking warehouse in Oklahoma, Wall Tools is able to ship to 90% of the United States in just 1 to 3 Days via FedEx Ground. Utilizing our partnership with FedEx allows us to ship to more states, faster, and at a lower cost to our customers than any other ground shipping method. International shipments to Europe and Latin America take just a couple of business days using our expedited service.
Our Oklahoma location allows us to get orders to our customers faster, while saving them time and money.
Whether you are in Miami, or Seattle – California or New Jersey… your transit time is just 3 days with FedEx Ground. Customers located in the Central US, typically receive their packages in just 1 to 2 days, some even overnight.
If you are on the West Coast, FedEx Ground is your cheapest and faster option. You transit time is just 3 days to any state along the West Coast.

UPS Shipping Methods Available
In certain instances, Wall Tools may opt to ship part of your order directly from the manufacturer, or from one of our partner warehouses. When this is the case, we will supply you with individual tracking numbers for each package. Direct shipments typically happen only on heavy items, or when our stocking inventory is in transit. If we notice that a direct shipment may delay your order in any way, we will contact you right away.
How much does shipping cost?
To estimate shipping fees, simply add an item to your shopping cart by clicking the Add to Cart button on any product. This will take you to the “My Cart” page where you can manage your order before checkout. You will notice a box in the lower middle of the screen titled “Estimate Shipping”. Simply select your Country, State/Province and Zip/Postal Code and click the “Get a Quote” button. Shipping service options will appear. Select the radial button next to your Shipping option and click the “Update Total” button. This will update your Grand Total and automatically calculate all shipping fees. If your order is over $999, you may see an option for Free Ground. Free Ground typically ships via FedEx Ground, or UPS Ground.
Does Wall Tools offer Free Shipping?
Yes, we do. Wall Tools offers Free Ground on most orders over $999 shipped within the contiguous United States (this excludes Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.) To see if your order qualifies for Free Shipping, simply add your items to the shopping cart and use the Estimate Shipping box to get “Get a Quote.” The Free Ground option will appear if your order qualifies for Free Shipping. In certain cases, Wall Tools is not able to offer Free Shipping whatsoever – regardless of order value amount. Certain deeply discounted sale items, and many of our heavy or oversized items do not qualify for free freight. In the case that your order does qualify for Free Shipping, orders are sent via FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, or USPS and a tracking number will be provided by email upon completion of the order. How long does shipping take?
If you are in the United States, FedEx Ground shipping is the fastest and most economical shipping method for you to choose. Most orders ship from our centralized stocking warehouse located in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma (which is just outside of Tulsa.) However, in certain cases we may opt to ship from our store in Seattle, WA. Rates and Transit times are quoted from our Oklahoma zip code 74012. Use the Estimated Transit Maps for FedEx, and UPS above to calcuate the transit days to your State. In general, Wall Tools can ship to 90% of the United States in just 3 business days. How fast can you get my shipment to me?
In stock merchandise typically ships same day, or next business day. We will do everything in our power to get your order to you as fast as humanly possible in all cases. It’s best to place your order before 1 p.m.Central/11:00 a.m. Pacific to provide us enough time to ship your order same day. If you choose an expedited shipping method (such as Overnight, Next Day, or 2 Day) and we are not able to ship same day, we will let you know via telephone and/or email. We offer Ground, and Air shipping methods though FedEx and UPS that ensure fast and reliable shipping options no matter where you are located. Signatures are not typically required on deliveries from Wall Tools. If a signature is required on your end, please note special instructions during checkout or over the telephone at the time of order.

Yes, we do. Wall Tools ships to just about any country you can think of, and many you don’t even know about. We ship to our neighbors in Canada on a daily basis and we supply our friends throughout Europe very frequently. We are limited to selling within the United States on a couple of brands: Blue Line USA and Festool. Per our dealer agreement with Blue Line USA, we are prohibited from selling Blue Line USA products to Australia, and New Zealand. If you are located in Australia, please contact Wallboard Tool Co Pty Ltd for a list of Australian dealers. All fees are calculated and billed in U.S. dollars. Wall Tools does not collect taxes, duties, or other fees that your country may charge upon the import of goods. Our experience shows that when sending goods to other countries you will be responsible for the same tax on our goods as you would pay in your own country. In certain cases, you will pay an added duty that is based on the value of the goods being shipped.
Wall Tools does not collect for duties and/or taxes levied, and you will be responsible for additional payments required upon delivery. The best way to get an estimate of time and costs on your next order is to shop our site and add an item to your Shopping Cart.
